The health expert of Holy Family Hospital Dr. Fiaz Nabi said
eating daily such fruits and vegetables which have more Vitamin-C is very
necessary to maintain the level of the vitamin-C in the body.
He said human body cannot produce and store Vitamin C,
therefore, It is very essential to consume it daily to maintain its level in
the body for healthy life.
He said the sufficient amount of vitamin-C in the body helps
to reduce the chronic diseases. He said daily use of Vitamin-C is very
effective in high blood pressure, heart cure, besides improving immunity of the
human body.
In winter season use of orange fruit is the best to maintain
the level of Vitamin-C in the body.
